Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are happy to accept returns under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns
- Timeframe: Merchandise must be returned within 15 days of the original receipt date.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation must be provided to process your return.
Non-Returnable Items
- Certain items are final sale and cannot be returned. This includes:
- Customized or personalized items
- Items marked as “final sale” during the purchase process
Return Process
- Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at baldeagle@luciusecho.comto initiate the process. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
- Ship the Item: You will receive a prepaid return shipping label. Securely pack the item and affix the label to the package.
- Processing: Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected. If the return meets our conditions, a refund will be processed 7-10 business days.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, please contact us at baldeagle@luciusecho.com. The same conditions apply as for returns.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued excluding any shipping charges. Please allow7-10 business days for the refund toprocessed.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery, and we will gladly assist with a replacement or refund.
